Soluto's been around for a little while. It analyses what items start up and suggests what you can keep or get rid of, both with original research and based on what others who opted in to comment on their system results chose to get rid of or keep. You can either stop a item from starting up all
together...or delay it so it'll start still, but at your own time.

I used it for a while but it didnt seem to help me any so I finally took it off since less software, especially startup software is better for me.

Probably since I know how to manage startup programs manually it was pretty useless for me. I liked the concept behind it but it never evolved to its concepted state yet, it was more or less just a glorified msconfig.

    ^^ This..

It seemed good for a while, but I didn't find it very useful or beneficial for the above mentioned reasons... may be it's good for those who are just getting started..

    Cheers

I used to run it on my computer and my mother's computer - but in the end it's not really that helpful... -> most of the startup is taken up by system processes and it does slow down the boot too, so unless you are troubleshooting a problem I prefer to actually not use it.
