    Some system restore question

    OK so I I want to restore my 1520 to factory condition, will i have to reinstall every single program, or is there any way to copy programs onto an external so that All I will have to do Is re-copy them over to my computer's hard drive and they will work? thx

    You'll have to reinstall if you want to restore to factory condition, at least this time. After you have restored to factory condition, install the programs you need then create an image or clone of your disk so next time it's all there for ya.

    Why are you restoring to factory condition? Why not clean install?

    because then I will allready have things like mcafee and the dell stuff installed if it just do a restore. And thats a shame I probably won't restore. The only reason I was going to was so I could use sp1 right now, but i'll probably just wait until its released so I don't have to reinstall everything
