I'm looking for something that can resize multiple images at once like Microsoft Photo Manager and in percentage. I had it on my old laptop on Windows 7 but now when I tried looking for it, people said it'd been removed from the Office suit (I have Office 365 on my current laptop). I tried googling as well but got tons of results and I honestly don't want to try them all.

There is Photoshop of course but it doesn't work as I expected. First, its feature cannot resize an image with Indexed color mode. I'd have to convert each image individually to different color mode then run the batch resize feature. Secondly, it resizes image into a specific size and I need to resize images in percentage since I may have horizontal and vertical images.

    Thank you for reading this.

I've just tried it and when I want to open multiple images, it would open each image in 1 tab like in PTS and I'd have to Ctrl + H to choose size (have % option tho) then save. Repeat with the next image. Not sure if there is other way around but if not, then not quite.

In MS Photo Manager, I can open a folder and all the images in that folder will show up then I select all of them and choose size then save all of them. Just a few click.

Why manual? Use Photofiltre's great automate\batch function (see attachment in previous post). In 'Tools' in case you didn't look for it.

    edit, added another snip.

yeah, I did take a look around and somehow I managed to miss the Automate/Batch.

This is what I'm looking for. Image quality seems good as well. Thanks.

Great. It's a good tool, with extras if needed (convert to other format, contrast, gamma, etc).

Irfanview is great for doing all sorts of image renaming and editing and manipulation.

Yep, you can put a naming pattern like numbers or whatever afterwards if you want. Just word of caution to view all the install options because I think there is one trialware install screen, just deselect or skip it. Otherwise it's been a great image program. It's very limited when it comes to editing with text and or drawing graphics on it, otherwise simple and effective.
