    Sony Vaio Control Center problems

    hi..i have sony vaio SZ780N, and the problem with it is, i think, that i downgraded the OS to XP Pro. im trying to customize my hardware buttons, the S1/S2 buttons that can be programmed to open any app i want. however, when i try to customize it using vaio control center, i get a message simply saying "you can't launch". wat do i do? is there anything i can install, any drivers? or is it a problem im gonna have to live with on XP pro?

    another problem is my webcam freezes up often on msn, and it never works on msn video call...could this be part of the same problem? im trying to figure it out but i'd really appreciate some help!
