Hi - I couldn't figure where to ask this, so here it goes - please let me know if I am in the wrong section of the forum..

I'm currently a MacBook owner, but I am on the verge of just throwing the darn thing out - they are build poorly I think.. I'm thinking of buying a Lenovo X61, but on the other hand I keep changing my mind, because I think leopard is just fantastic!

So question is if there is a function/app/whatever in Windows that lets you have multiple virtual desks at the same time - just like Leopards Spaces..??

    Best Regards,
    Sander

Pretty nifty, kind of hard to find but I got it here

jisaac, good luck getting into MIT. I wanted to go there, but the tuition was just way too much for me. Plus, Massachusetts is kind of far from home.

Also check out "VirtuaWin". It's open source and allows you to have many desktops. It doesn't have the cool 3D effects, but in my experience the ones with 3d effects are unstable and often the effects slow you down too much.

Yod'm 3D looks way cool and it's free too. :D Although I have no use for such a program like that.

Yeah I don't use mine, would be sweet if you could get an app that allowed four completley different desktops, themes, icons etc.
