    hi . . .

    My laptop is XPS 1530 and i installed windows xp on it but when i stadby it my laptop dosen`t work and screen is black and i must press shutdown and restart windows . . .


    How do i solve this problem ?

    Well I dont know specifically what is wrong with your laptop but did you try just altogether reinstalling windows xp? Or doing a system restore to before this problem happen?

    There might be a conflict between windows drivers and other drivers.

    You can solve this problem with update your video card .
    My video card is 8600m GT and i use this like to install new driver :
