Hello everyone!
I was just wondering if there is a good free program you can recommend that shows all your start up and background processes in Vista? I have so many running, and people in the past have told be to disable them via the msconfig command however, they are written in jibberish and half I dont even recognise.
Any help would be great thanks.

Just type msconfig into your Vista search and see what programs run at startup. Then google these programs and see what other people say about them.
