    Hello everyone,

    Whenever I boot up Vista, when it first gets to the desktop screen a window flashes. It flashes instantly in and out. I can't read or see anything on it. It's bugging me, does anyone know what this could possibly be? Thank you in advance. I'll give more information as requested.

    Specs are: 17" Inspiron 1720, T7300, 8600m GT, 3GBs RAM, Vista Business
