    Steam does not work with Vista Home Premium ... plz help

    Hi all,

    Every time i try running steam on my laptop i get some sort of dll errors

    Steam.exe(main exception): Unable to load library Steam.dll

    Has ne'one encountered this sort of a problem before ... plz let me know how to fix it .

    PS: Vista Home Premium 32-bit operating system

    It works fine on mine.

    try reinstalling it.

    If the error says you are missing .dll files, search them via google and download them.

    I did a fresh install and copied all the new dll files 2 , still dosent work. Have mailed steam regarding the issue lets hope they have a solution with them.

    i would get that message on xp when I tried opening Steam without an active internet connection (for the first time)
