I try to e-mail them but I always get the response we will get back to you in 2 bussiness days. My order has been like approved for like 2 months now. What should I do? Should I try to call them... if so what's the number?

Have you emailed them a copy of your receipt? I was told mine was approved the first time I sent them mine. I waited for several months and no upgrade. So, I sent it again and within a week I was running Vista.

What is the status of your order shown on the Moduslink website? This will show something like order received; COA validated; COA/POP validated; order approved; order shipped. You should have received an email when your order changed status but maybe this didn't arrive.

Well, aside from the fact that this guy isn't getting what he paid for...good point.

Personally, don't install Vista until SP1 hits.

It says my order is approved, also I did get an e-mail saying the order was approved. How long did you have to wait, after the order was approved before you got your vista?

They say allow for 6-8 weeks before it ships, which means anytime now you should hopefully get it.

The final step after the order is approved is that the order is shipped, when you should get another email.

My (Samsung) Vista was shipped on 18th April.

Someone was thinking that April is a long month. 1st May has passed and I am still waiting, although 21 days has yet to finish. From what I've read, these upgrades are delivered by special expensive snail mail.
