I dont know if this is the right place for this but I am out of ideas and options.
It all started with a new pc case. I switched all my components over and everything was fine but I noticed that my network gigbit port wasnt working. For some reason it stopped working. I tried uninstalling it and restarting ect. but nothing helped. Then after further investigating I was that when I installed the io shield that the grounding tab had been pushed inside a USB spot. I bent it out and eventually took the mobo out and fixed it.
After this everything seemed fine. Installed some games and all was good. Until I went to the store...came back and when I got back on my computer I got a blue screen crash saying something about driver power state failure. After this I could never get windows to boot again. Suck in repair circle ect. So I decided to wipe everything and start over. Made a boot usb and cant install windows because I get this watchdog code everytime windows finishes and on the first restart I the error. Tried everything I could think of even defaulting the bios settings. Also wanna mention that when installing windows ask what drive to but it on I deleted everyting, partitions ect and took out all hard drives and left the m.2 in to install windows on that and Id still didnt work. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

I had a combination of power state and watchdog bsods. Turned out it was a faulty mobo / RTX 2070.
