It usually happens when i click on a video file or something and google can't find the source of the error since the error message is so long. Any help would be appreciated

What kind of video file is it? maybe u need the particular codec for that video or you have such a codec but it doesnt work/is incompatible. u cud reinstall that codec and see or update it. what media player do u use? try using vlc player on those videos too.

its a windows media file but i'm not exactly sure its a direct relationship to the video files, it is a possibility. Regardless of which player i play it with, if i click on any files (usually a video file) without opening it, that message pops up. And i have to close it several times until it stay close. I'm not sure if its a codec problem because i can play the video just fine.

so its just one video or more? it could be an error in the video itself. Sometimes some videos play fine but when u click on em they give u an error or explorer crashes. try something called video fixer, maybe that will help cuz it fixes wmv's and the like
