    Strange sound issue on my new HP laptop

    So I'm seeing a strage issue with my new laptop. The volume decreases automatically the moment I play any video or audio. Whle the level remains the same, the sound diminishes. Looks like a joke. Anyone else faced this?


    P.S. It came with Win 10 preinstalled.

    Did you contact HP about this since if still under warranty they are whom you need to contact first here.
