I just got a brand new Fujitsu t730 lifebook tablet pc, with windows 7.
After it did an update, this update had 62 steps total (throughout update it said Installing 5 / 62 for example),
I got an error saying I cannot find the Streamci module. I don't have the exact error message, but I remember it said it could not find the Streamci module. I clicked OK, and the message came again. I had to do that about 6 times total and then windows 7 started up to normal. I do not know what the message was about but I am pretty sure it's not good.

Could anyone tell me what that message meant? How important is that module?

(Note, this happened once, it does not do this anymore. It happened on the startup after that update.)
    thanks

If it doesn't show up now and you don't notice any problems then you can leave it. Otherwise, try reinstalling your sound card drivers, or obtain the dll from a reputable source (generally from a friend's computer or something, NOT the internet)
