Very strange problem. When I try playing .avi, .wmv etc files with any media player the video runs super fast. Chipmunk talking and all. I have Klite Codec Pack 3.6.5 installed and I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I tried rebooting several times no luck. I've tried playing back all types of files but they all play back at the super speed. I've tried Windows Media Player Classic, Windows Media Player and Intervideo Video Player. They all do it. I'm guessing that it something in Windows that is fubared. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Edit: Fixed it myself...went into the options and changed the direct show audio to my sound card. Did I mention that I hate windows voodoo sometimes? :D

Sounds like you have your speed on 4x or maybe even higher.
