    I know MS has that SyncToy program to sync files/folders. But is there a program that will sync files/folders AND outlook 07 e-mails/calender? Can this also be done over wifi?

    i think some backup External hdds let u do this kind of stuff.

    I was actually trying to find a way to do this directly from laptop to desktop (and vice versa).

    you should be able to use synctoy over a network if you map a network drive
