I tried doing a system restore and then received the error message about not able to create a shadow copy. I then restarted windows to see if it helps, and now system restore won't start. When I tried to start it multiple times, it just says system restore is already running, but the window is not showing up. What do I do now? Does this mean I won't be able to use system restore ever again if this problem is not fixed?
