My T400 came with vista, finger print reader was working fine. I have installed XP Professional and finger print reader is not working any more. I have installed the software manually. In the program files, lenovo finger print reader, there is driver folder, i tried manually installing it and it is saying the driver is not compatible with my OS. I checked lenovo website and i only get finger print reader software only and no driver.

Wen i open finger print reader software and click on tutorial, it says "Cannot communicate with sensor, make sure sensor is ready".

Any help with this will be greatally appreciated.

    Thanks
