I currently have a sony vgn-fz140e. It comes with the intel t7100 core duo processor (1.8ghz) and runs on the intel 965 chipset with integrated graphics.

I was wondering if this processor would be able to run windows ultimate (64bit), because I have purchased 4gbs of ram, and would like to use all 4gbs.

    Thank you very much.

Yes T7100 will run any 64 bit OS fine. You should be able to use 4GB/ more of RAM with a 64 bit OS. But Sony doesn't support a 64 bit OS on an FZ. You will have to find the drivers yourself.
