I have Thinkpad with webcam and I want to take pictures with it, but I don't have any software to do so; do you guys have any recommendations?
My HP came with webcame picture software; tisk tisk on IBM.

As long as you have the drivers installed for the camera. Windows should have its own software to use the camera.
Go to My Computer and you should see all your drives along with a camera -

Just while your at it - you must need that picture very badly - all webscams I've seen so far are horrid in terms of picture quality...
Anyway:
As someone said before, there should be a Windows utility.
Else - you can always try the manufacturers website. -

you should be able to go to scanner & cameras, and should be able to capture a picture there and save to bmp.
