I don't know why anyone would want to go looking for dead pixels if they couldn't see them without the program only to be annoyed after finding them?
I have a 4 year old Viewsonic flat panel monitor, 2 laptops and a 26" LCD/HDTV. I don't see them while using them them so I see no need for this program. -

I was referring to a product a person has had for a while or a product you can't visibly see a defect. To me if I can't see a problem i'm not going to worry about it. OTOH I bought a PSP when they were first released back in 2005. I bought 3 units and all three I could see stuck pixels, so I got my money back. Some of the screens were worse than others. My point is if I don't see a problem i.e. dead or stuck pixel i'm not going to bother looking for them because to my eyes they don't exist. -
