How do you copy the process list form the task manager into a typing place. Like a forum box? so others can help you if a virus is running or something?
Thanks.

I would simply take a screen shot (use the print screen key) and edit as you see fit (mspaint works well) and then upload, either via an attachment on this site or via a free host, such as www.imageshack.us

I'll echo vespoli here with a further detail. Unless you want to copy down your process list by hand, a screenshot is the ONLY way to get a quick copy and paste of your process list.
If you only want to take a screen-grab of device manager, use alt+Print Screen. That only captures the currently focused window, rather than your entire desktop. -
You guys here forgot about the snipping tool in vista huh?

Vista wasn't mentioned. I never assume Vista's presence...too much like assuming a serial killer is behind every door

The snipping tool might be in Vista Business. You'll have to check. It is installed as part of the Tablet PC Optional Components.

It's pretty much print screen with a gui integra. I use, and recommend it.
