I wanted to know if there is anyway to put task manager in object dock and how it could be done.

I have also seen people put a shut down button on object dock. How do you do this?

There is a docklet for Shut Down, which I believe is now included with the program.

I am not sure about Task Manager, but there's probably a way. You can use Ctrl + Shift + Escape to get right to it. Maybe someone else knows how to add it to OD.

I'm not running ObjectDock on my current machine, but I would do it this way...

Create a new shortcut on the desktop. Enter "taskmgr" as the location. Drag the shortcut to ObjectDock.

Or even easier: In Vista, you may be able to find the task manager shortcut in the Start menu (search for it) and drag it over from the start menu to objectdock.

Right-click on the desktop, select New - Shortcut. Type Shutdown.exe -s -t 00 in the location box and click next to name your shortcut. Then drag the shortcut to the object dock.

Thanks everyone...I got both task manager and the shut down button in my object dock. Objectdock is a very useful tool. I wish I had known about it earlier.
