    Taskbar dissapears when full screened f11

    Anyone know how i can not let the taskbar dissapear whenever i press f111 fullscreen (vista)?

    What program?

    Anyway... right-click the taskbar > Properties > Make sure that "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" is checked.

    If it's Firefox not sure how you can. I think it's supposed to be that way when you push F11. It's like a "True Full Screen" that way.

    Nope, I'm running Firefox on Vista right now, and when I press F11, my taskbar is still there... as long as I have "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" checked in taskbar properties -- see my previous post.

    I thought the whole point of full screen mode was that it took up the "full screen"

    Funny. I am running the same, FF and Vista and I still get the "True Full Screen."

    I do have that option checked as well.

    When I play games in full screen, I don't want to see the friggin taskbar. I think this is one of those "working as intended" threads.
