    Taskmgr.exe running at around 8 % ?!

    When I open windows task manager , I see that taskmgr.exe is running at around 8 % average, I have never seen this so high, what could be the reason for this ?

    This on my brand new Samsung X360

    That's quite normal, especially if you go to the Processes view. Don't worry about it.
