I need to create a coupon that I can send to customers via email attachment. I need to create it in a format that is easily viewable/printable with Mac or PC. Any suggestions? PDF? I also use Open Office.

You could just make it a compressed jpg that way it will show up as a image in their email... other then that a pdf would be a good choice
