Ok Guys...I want to hear your thoughts about possibility and potential.
If you downloaded a useful freeware application but you do not use it frequently, your desktop is full of icons and basically, you don't want to memorize lots of commands. WinBubble Toolbox is great for you!

Quick Guide:
1. For portable applications (.exe files): Open WinBubble > Specific Tab > Click 'Add your Tools here' button > locate and open the file > then, type any name.
2. For those applications/Maintenance tools with parameters or switches, just create a batch file (.bat files) and select the 'batch files' option when loading the file in WinBubble.
3. If you want to open vbScript files, simply execute the script file inside the batch file.

Can you add support for png icons in Win Bubble? -
I'm sorry I can't understand, Please correct me if i'm wrong: In changing pictures in the system properties: only BMP is supported by microsoft:
Additional Info:
How It is done by WinBubble?
Open the registry by typing "regedit" in the Start menu search and Navigate to the following registry path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\OEMInformation
Double Click the Value Name "Logo" and input the path where the logo is being saved.
If you cannot find the value, just create (string value named "Logo").

Anyway, I want to hear your thoughts about the potentials of creating your own applications
without knowing how to code. -
When you can change the icons for computer, documents, etc. It only supportd .ico, can you add:
A. A converter?
B. Support for png icons? -
Ok, the problem is windows vista only accepts .ico for icons...I'll try solve the problem by making a converter inside winbubble. But I'm sure it will take more time in coding. For the meantime visit these websites, lots of free vista icons for free.
vistaicons.com
iconshock.com/web-icons.php
iconarchive.com
and many more... Just Google it.
Thanks for the suggestion....
