    I am assuming you are trying to change your password on a Windows Server? A google search of your error turned up quite a few Server 2008 related articles addressing that error.

    That error's pretty self explanatory - if you're in a domain and they have password complexity requirements, and you are changing your password, the new password has to meet those requirement.
