How do applying new themes to Vista affect idle processor/RAM consumption?

I haven't noticed any difference in ram and cpu usage when using different theme colors and different themes. Unless your talking about aero and basic.

Yeah, as long as you are in the same theme (Aero for example) colors won't matter. But if you switch between Aero and not, you will see quite a difference especially if you don't have 2gb of ram or a semi decent gpu.
