I installed the 90 day demo of Windows 8 sometime back, Microsoft sent me a $20 upgrade code to use but now it's not taking the key and they are requesting $199. This is just a test machine, very old. I tried running a tool and was told the OS was not KMS compatible. Are there other options available? The machine keeps shutting down which is pretty annoying.
    Thanks..
