Is there a way to throttle the CPU - that is, keep it locked at a certain multiplier - using RM CPU Clock Utility? I can't seem to get the "Throttling Status" to go to active on the Advanced CPU Settings --> Throttling section.

    Thanks!

You can uncheck the multipliers you do not want to use in the "Profiles" section.
