The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I've been using this on my laptop for a while no probs in vista hp 64 bit. I've just tried using this on my desktop, vista hp 32 and it won't work. I go to run the unnecessary files scan and it gets some of the way through but stops, windows says there is a problem then closes. I'm stumped, i've run as administrator, changed compatibility to xp, uninstalled and reinstalled again, re downloaded, tried to run under a different user account and still the same issue. I'm stumped, baffled by this one, anyone got any ideas???

    (I would have posted in desktopreview but the windows and software section hasn't been posted in for 3 days).
