Damn it, it's been two weeks since I ordered those things and I still haven't got them. Does anyone else think I've been scammed?

The ATI Sticker, Windows 7 sticker, and the Core 2 Duo sticker are the new ones. -
What kind of envelope did yours come in?
-
Good luck with yours, I hope you get them soon! -
Hey, I think it's a good idea for those of us upgrading our computers.
I have an eMachines desktop with a 2650e and the Athlon 64 sticker. I will put a 4450e or 4850e in it and then I want the Athlon X2 64 sticker to match.
My new laptop (which I missed the FedEx guy this morning and have to wait til TOMORROW to use it) has a Celeron 900 in it. I'm putting in a T4300 PDC. I want the sticker to match.
My wife's box has an HD4870 video card. It has a plain ATI sticker. I want the 4870 sticker. It's just the way I am.
You'll notice I go green every time I look at my wife's Durango. It's a Sport model, but it doesn't have the Sport badges on the doors. Drives me nuts thinking of spending $30 for two decals, but dagnabbit, I might very well do it!!! -

Apparently mine have been sitting in the mailbox for a couple of days, and even my Windows 7 Upgrade kit was delivered 3 days ago, go figure.
That windows 7 Sticker is large though

And btw, is your HDX still running as its supposed to?
you know.. with HP taking heavy fire and criticism -
I haven't had any issues since the first week where I must have installed a bad driver because closing the lid or unplugging my mouse reciever caused it to blue screen; which ended up corrupting the windows install and I have to flat out restore the system image.
Been using 7 since the 15th of September without issues though, and apart from a few things about the build quality (they don't annoy me enough to have to sit on a phone for 2 hours anyway), I'm happy. Only time will tell if I have problems, I've only had it... 3 or so months. -
That is one monster of a laptop you have there.
The biggest is 25mm x 25mm. -
I'm still waiting for the ATI sticker I ordered more than a month ago =/
I want a Win7 one though. -

With those, if you go slowly enough, you won't have any issues. -
Ha, I considered getting a Windows XP sticker to replace the Vista one that came with my laptop after I downgraded. Never did, but now the Vista part of my Vista sticker has all peeled away (with some help
), and all that's left of it is a shiny mirror-like surface. Still have my Core 2 Duo one in good condition, though.
And I agree with daveperman - especially on a laptop, those huge Toshiba stickers don't do anything to improve aesthetics. On a desktop, those big stickers are rather out of sight, out of mind, and are kind of neat for nostalgia 6 or 10 years later, but on a laptop, I'd scrap any unusually large stickers. AMD/Intel/Windows are all fine (if you like the version of it you got), but I wouldn't go for anything that takes up half the palmrest.
edit: And Goo Gone was what I thought of as soon as you mentioned residue marks, too. Works quite well. -

My palmrest is utterly naked. And it is magnificent.
