    These are tips for normal users. Any Windows sysadmin that doesn't know these shouldn't have a job.

    Nice!! Did not know about the keyboard shortcuts on the launch shortcuts. Also the psr is going to serve as a sure win with remote help.

    These are all things you can pick up just by going item by item through the control panel and computer management. I'd fear working in a place where this wasn't basic knowledge for helpdesk techs.
