The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I currently use Bittorrent but I was wondering if there is anything better that anyone could suggest? I know there are a ton out. I just don't have the time to download and try each one. Do they all basically do the same thing? Do some get better speeds?

    Below in the forum is a poll that address what you are looking for. I haven't looked at it in quite awhile but if I remember right, the 2 favorites were bittorrent and Azueres (sp). I use Azueres myself and I've just found the best dl speeds and I like the interface. Just my personal pref. but it works for me. Check it out and get back to us and let us know what you think between the two.
