This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm new to the whole torrent scene (a little behind the times I know). Anyway, what program is best? I currently have BitTorrent downloaded but I am not really finding any files that even begin downloading (I had one get to 1.7% after a night of waiting). Do they generally take a really long time? Any other words of warning and/or advice in using torrent clients would be appreciated.
