Is there a way on my windows 10 pro laptop (gt75vr) to make it so that by defualt on startup the touch pad remains disabled. Every time I start it I disable it and sometimes I forgtet until I do something silly in a game on my touchpad on accident. I would like to avoid that lol

You can likely disable the touchpad driver entirely with Autoruns (assuming you never use it).

Don't you have the option to disable the touchpad if an external mouse is connected?

Check your BIOS settings, some let you input devices to disabled on start and you can re-enable with the appropriate Fn key combo. Some have that settings in the drivers for the touchpad, etc. You'll have to look around in both the bios and your driver settings to see if there is such an option available. There may not be an option to have the device disabled by default.
