I don't use iTunes at all, so I don't know how this is done. I use Zune and WMP so transfering music data I just go to my music folder and there it all is to copy and transfer (I also don't download MP3's though, I rip CD's, unless I have free MP3 downloads from Amazon, then I use it).

However, my sister uses iTunes and my dad bought her a computer for college. She doesn't know how to do squat on computers. How do I transfer all of her iTunes downloads from our home desktop to her new computer? What files are needed, how do I find them? Is there any DRM issues that I should be aware of? Can she just plug in her iPod into the new computer and retrieve all the music that way? (I do have an external HDD to do the backup).

    Thanks!
