I can copy single page to google translate to translate.
However, I wonder if google or their some other websites that can help me to translate this pdf file within a single click?
BTW, the document is in French and I would like it to translate into English.
    Thank you.

2 click process, sure, macro , no.

Open up your pdf document and using acrobat to save as .doc file.
Go to the word document and click "translate the whole document".
    Simple 2 click operation.

You can create a macro for it if you want. You'll have to learn it yourself.
