Since few days, I started getting transparent windows when moving them around. It is very annoying. How do I disable it?

The only thing comes to mind is newest Nvidia drivers I installed last week but I couldn't find any related settings there. I'm using Windows 7.

type performance into start menu search.
    open Performance information and Tools
on left hand side there is Adjust Visual Effects open it,
make sure Show window contents while dragging is checked

No, it's not it. I can see the content of the window but it is like 80% transparent.
