I notice that I have 3 programs running in the background.

    TrueImageMonitor
    TimounterMonitor
    schedhlp

Does anyone think I need to have these running in the background? I am just tweaking the PC to free up more memory

    Also,
    There are 2 other programs

    Recguard
    Remind_XP

These seem to be window programs. Any need for these too?

Thanks a lot Night. Once again you have helped me out.

Yes, I did purchase Acronis from NewEgg.com. Fast and easy to use! Much better than Ghost 2003
