i gotta question about true crypt, i can put the hidden files on my hard drive no problemo but on my flash drive i have to format it, and then i can put files in it. i can do that, but when i wanna put regular files on my flash drive it says i gotta format it.....
does that mean only encrypted files can be on it?

Kinda. If you make the whole drive an encrypted volume, then no, you can't just copy things over. But you can format the thumb drive in Windows, and then create an ecrypted volume as a file on the thumb drive, so you end up with a big file on the drive, and the rest of the space is available for "normal" use.
