It gets about 97% of the way and fails. I never figured out how to do this. Anyone have any tips? I need to wipe a drive before i send it back for an rma.

I tried it on vista 64bit, vista 32bit, and xp 32 bit. Then i realized the drive was formatted ntfs. I formatted it as fat and it worked fine.

So if your having this problem reformat the usb drive as fat.
