I'll preface this by apologizing for the double post. I also put this in Networking, but on the offchance it might be an issue with Tversity and not my router, I wanted to try here too. Thanks for understanding.
I have a notebook (in the sig), I have a PS3. I want to use Tversity. I have a Buffalo Airstation WHR-G.
http://buffalo.jp/products/catalog/network/whr-g/
But if you follow that link, you see the crux of my problem. I live in Japan, and bought this here. CD that comes with it, Japanese. Router info accessed by typing IP (I have done a little research), Japanese. My Japanese, my knowledge of networks, and my knowledge of Tversity (Haven't used it yet) is not nearly enough to solve this.
Both the PS3 and the Notebook connect to the router fine. Both get internet access through it. It appears as though Tversity is working correctly I tried the tests on their site and it looked alright, but I was getting the already running/ maybe an error message. All said, the PS3 cannot recognize the Tversity server when I search for Media Servers.
I am also trying to get some English language DD-WRT files for my router in the hopes that might work so if anyone has insight there (I know that's a little off topic for this board)...
I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for some settingsI could fiddle with that might help Tversity.
Thanks in advance. I know this is horribly specific. If there is any other info needed to help, don't hesitate to post or PM.
