Also check to see if there are tweak guides for the games you play at tweakguides.com.

Also what games are you looking for an FPS increase in?

There's very little that will meaningfully increase your framerates as far as "tweaks" are concerned. Just don't install any crapware, keep the services to a minimum, and make sure none of them are daemons that take significant CPU or hardware I/O cycles. Virus scanners, etc. should be disabled when playing games. And keep your graphics drivers as up-to-date as you can, as those have the largest effect on your games of any software on your system. Other than those steps, I haven't seen any single tweak reliably give someone a significant framerate boost (more than 1-2FPS total). I would highly recommend enabling VSYNC when playing on an LCD screen, though. It isn't subject to the refresh issues that a CRT is, and even though your average framerate may go down (if you were pushing over 60 to begin with), I'd bet you a donut that your lowest framerate will go up, especially in games that use a lot of CPU.

With your 7150m, you just won't get very fast gaming, period. It's an integrated chip, not a performance chip. It'll do 3D, but it won't do it well, and no amount of tweaking will make it work faster. The only solution is to get a machine that's designed to do that kind of work. There ain't no tweak that'll make a screwdriver pound in a nail as well as a hammer will ;)

Other than that, you've got overclocking, but that's really pretty risky in a laptop.
