    Two questions about Win7

    First, is it possible to turn off those god-awful preview thumbnails that pop up when you hover over something in the taskbar? I hate them!

    Second, is it possible to add more than two power options to the power management menu? Seems they have three standard options, but only room for two in the little dropdown taskbar menu, which seems fairly stupid.

    Maybe there's fixes for these, but I've looked and can't find them. Any help appreciated!

    You can turn off the previews under Control Panel/System/Visual effects

    Add more options to the power management menu? Not out of the box. I think someone had designed a little program to get around the limit though.....
