Wondering if anyone can help me out here.

Somehow whenever I startup my lap AND have a USB memory stick (used for Readyboost) inserted into the USB port at the same time, my laptop always gets stuck on the boot up screen for a long time, like for 15 mins before it boots into Vista. When I remove the stick, it boots fine.

Whats going on here? Anyone know? Thank you

It is searching the USB stick for a bootable partition. Can't do much but try to go into the bios and set the Harddisk as the primary boot device. Might help.
