Hey guys, I got a weird problem. The other day I bought a memory stick ( Kingston DataTravel 2), and this memory stick has got this software called sequire space, I installed it and everything was ok. However next day I tried to plug in the memory stick and the problem occured: Notebook finds the memory stick, but when i double click icon it does not open it, on another hand if I right click on the Icon of memory stick and choose 'Open' everything is ok.
* After installing this software onto my computer every memory stick not only this kingston is givving me the same problem, which is a little annoyin really.![]()
* I tried to reinstall drivers and Windows ,- did not help...grrr.
Sorry for bad english and a stupid post but I will be really happy if anyone will give me any idea or solution to it... THNX!!!![]()

I don't think it has anything to do with your laptop, it only has to do with either your flash drive stick is dead, or is taking a while to load, or your USB drive isn't working. Do you have another USB drive? Try that one.
But most likely its probably just taking a while to load. I think the Sequire Space, although I never heard of it, is probably a flash drive encryption software, which makes it harder for hackers and other people to see information inside your flash drive, and it sometimes takes a long time to load up. -
smartsam11 , ghm thnx for your support towards my laptop anyway but the thing is that my usb and flash are alright, actually i destroyed this USB as it annoyed me too much for the first day lar haha
... however the problem with my laptop after pluggin this stupid USB storage device still remains.
The problem: after I plug any USB DEVICE onto my laptop the window for choosing the actions towards USB does not apper, and if i got to My Computer I can see the logo of the USB STORAGE however if i try to double click it, in order to open it, it does not open. The only way I can now open the USB is to right click it and press 'Open' manualy, which you know really annoys me as a user.
THnx
