Ive a pretty standard E1505 (undervolted though)
and reading websites and browsing my power usage is 13.5W
(screen on fairly low, Wifi on, BT off and the HD off)
Ive been experimenting with settings and such to lower the number from the original 20W+ it used to do the same tasks
Im using NHC to measure the W (on battery of course)
Just wondered what anyone else's laptop gets?
Also a quote on battery life would be cool too![]()
To summarize id just like to know
Many Thanks for those that reply

My Latitude D400 Centrino with a Pentium M Dothan 1.8 Ghz and Transcend 8 GB SSD is my best performer. RMClock is used to undervolt. I measure from the wall plug with a Kill-O-Watt meter.
It measures 13 watts with the screen full bright, 19 watts with CPU Burn, 20 watts with CPU Burn & HD Tach, and 7 watts with the screen off. If we presume an 80% efficiency for the power supply, the numbers are ~10.5, 15, 16, and 5.5 watts DC, respectively. The battery lasts longer than I can, but it's probably somewhere in the 3 hour range.
Ultra low power draw
