When I go on the Windows 7 main site and I go to download the download 7 beta, either 32bit or 64bit, it prompts me for my msn username and password. When I provide it, a green dotted circle pops up and never goes away, nothing happens.

Is there anywhere else I can download the latest beta version of windows 7?

There might be something going on with the MS servers. Give it a few hours, up to 24 probably, and see if things resolve themselves.

What browser are you using? I kept getting that when I tried with Chrome, but got right through when I used IE7. This was a couple of days after the initial rush.
